Aloha! I want to apologize for the delay. This is very unusual for us. Early April, our printer shut off mid printing, and since then techs coming in keep making it worse. We are waiting for a new tech from the mainland US to come out and fix the issue. In the meantime, we are offering refunds to anyone who does not wish to wait. We will continue to send updates as the printer gets We will also be providing a free leader to all waiting affected customers, once our printer is back up running.
